EVALUASI PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN DI SMA NEGERI 1 MALINAU

The research objective is to provide recommendations regarding teacher competence which includes context, input, process, and product in the management of learning. was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Malinau. method used evaluation using CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) with observational data collection techniques, document review, interviews. Data analysis a quantitative descriptive technique. results study revealed that context component, namely school environment reached 81.25%, availability learning facilities infrastructure 82.92%. Evaluation input component shows characteristics reach 86.11%, administration reaches 81.67%. process planning 85.19%, implementation 81.67%, 82.75%, while an achievement 82.16%.
 ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah memberi rekomendasi berkenaan dengan kompetensi guru yang meliputi konteks, proses, dan produk dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Metode digunakan evaluasi menggunakan teknik pengumpulan observasi, telaah dokumen, wawancara. Analisis analisa deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil mengungkapkan bahwa komponen konteks yaitu lingkungan sekolah mencapai 81,25%, ketersediaan sarana prasarana pembelajaran 82,92%. Evaluasi menunjukkan karakteristik 86,11%, administrasi 81,67%. Pada proses perencanaan 85,19%, pelaksanaan 81,67%, 82,75%, sedangkan pencapaian sebesar 82,16%.
